[mb: I disagree that it is “the most noble”. To me, managing is not sacrificial (and usually not selfless) enough for that claim. But the quote distills nicely what the core of managing should be about.]
If every pig could fly at once
And every square was round
Then I would have a better chance
To figure things out.
But pigs keep snorting in the dirt,
The angles push; the edges hurt.
And looking into other mind
Might make you feel both deaf and blind!
